Due to the nature of downloads no refunds will
be given, nor can clips be swapped or traded. You are responsible for
making sure your order is correct before you submit it to be processed
and that you do not order the same clips twice. Any billing errors on
our end will be taken care of immediately. If we receive a chargeback
then you will be banned from ordering from this site and many others like
it! If you're using a dial up connection and your ISP is not allowing
a fast connection then this would be a matter you should take up with
your ISP not us. All our downloads are on a high speed OC-12!
